Reiki is an energy based healing modality that helps to balance ones energy by removing energy blockages and increasing energy flow.
Reiki assists in balancing your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies to promote relaxation and support the body in healing itself. You may feel tingling, heat, coolness, or twitching when receiving Reiki as that is a sign of energy movement.
Reiki compliments all medical treatments and is not a substitute for consulting a medical professional.

Energetic Life Coaching
Energetic Life Coaching combines the power of Reiki and Life Coaching.
When you are looking to make changes in your life with coaching, Reiki gives you the energetic support for breakthroughs and moving forward.
Includes 3 sessions a month - 2 Coaching, 1 Reiki
3 and 6 month packages available dependent on support needed.
Requires an Exploratory Conversation first.
